Welcome to St Agnes Church where we welcome visitors to come to enjoy the quiet, pray, look around, seek shelter. The church is open every day from 10:00am until 4:00pm.
We have a service every Sunday at 9.30am to which everyone of any age is welcome. See the monthly notice above for more information. An increasing number of young familes enjoy coming every Sunday, and especially to our Slurp Church which is speciifically for younger children, held every 4th Sunday at 10.30am.
St Agnes village is situated on the North Coast of Cornwall in an area of outstanding natural beauty and a world heritage site. It is a thriving village that is home to people of all ages, pubs and hotels, shops, businesses, primary and nursery schools. There are 3 beaches in the parish which are enjoyed all year round by the local community, and during the summer season by our many visitors.
St Agnes Church is in the heart of the village and plays an important role in the community. We enjoy a regular worshiping community that includes all ages, from newborn to those in their 90s where we hope everyone is made to feel welcome and can participate as much or as little as they wish. We have a good relationship with the local Methodist Church and share occasional joint services with them.
We love to welcome people into the building outside of our services too, through community events, concerts, exhibitions. We are becoming a much-loved venue where people can come and enjoy an affordable evening out in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
